on

Ingredients (8 people) :

225g of margarine
200g caster sugar
20cl of neutral oil
125g sesame seeds
100g crushed pecans (nuts or crushed almonds)
100g of raisins
2 eggs
700g of flour
1 sachet and a half of baking powder
Ice sugar for decoration

Preparation :

This recipe is from my blog: http://www.yummyfood.over-blog.com

1 / Mix the softened margarine with the caster sugar and the oil until a cream is obtained. Then add pecans, raisins and eggs.

2 / Add the flour and the yeast little by little until you obtain a homogeneous paste that no longer sticks to your hands.

3 / Make dumplings of this paste. Arrange them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Decorate with a cookie cutter of your choice. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C until your Ghribas are golden brown.

4 / Wrap them in the icing sugar immediately after taking them out of the oven.

That’s it ready
