CREAM GINGER Cream with coconut milk


INGREDIENTS (6 people) :

  • 1kg of shrimp
  • 3 pieces of ginger
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 big onions
  • Coconut milk (at your convenience)


Sauté the shrimp in oil, with the tomatoes and onions cut into cubes.

Add the chopped ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.

Just before the end of cooking, lower the heat and add the coconut milk (more or less depending on the amount of sauce desired).
